Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our NavitsPartners team in Old Bridge, NJ.

The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $52,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients, verify their identities, and assist with preparing them for medical procedures.
  • Work closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collect blood samples using sterile techniques and ensure accurate labeling and processing.
  • Conduct EKG tests as directed by medical professionals.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order.
  • Provide basic care and support to patients, including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
  • Respond to patient needs promptly and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a PCT or CNA in a hospital setting is preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS/CPR, Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Technician.
