We are currently hiring a Post-Acute Healthcare Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. This rewarding opportunity involves providing exceptional care to patients in post-acute facilities, working closely with healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing hands-on patient care in post-acute settings
- Following established care protocols and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues
- Identifying and addressing patient needs and concerns
- Supporting patients with daily living activities and promoting independence
- Competitive hourly pay range: $21-$34
- Flexibility to choose from various shift options, including weekdays, weekends, days, nights, and overnights
- Select from multiple facilities within our partner network
- Tuition discounts available for undergraduate and graduate programs through Excelsior University
- Hazard pay and bonus pay for overtime, holidays, and travel assignments
