RN - ICU Step Down - Pay Premium Eligible

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU Step Down team at Carilion Clinic. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to patients of all ages, utilizing critical thinking skills and delegation to ensure quality service.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate an interdisciplinary plan of care.
- Administer treatments and medications accurately and document in electronic medical records.
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing or approved program eligible to sit for the VA licensure exam.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or eligible to obtain licensure.
- Obtain CPR and as needed ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications.
