This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) diploma or Associate/Bachelor's degree in nursing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursing team in the provision of patient care using the nursing process
  • Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies appropriate for diverse patient needs
  • Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources effectively
  • Evaluate and promote change to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) diploma or Associate/Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Certification in clinical specialty area (preferred)
