Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for someone with experience in hot line cooking, preferably in a full-service restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement, including potential promotions to Lead Line Cook, Shift Supervisor, or Sous Chef.

About the Role
  • Cook and prepare menu items according to recipes and standards set by Il Fornaio.
  • Stock and maintain sufficient food levels on the line.
  • Prepare and portion recipes prior to service.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • FOLLOW FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION GUIDELINES.
  • Contribute to a positive team attitude and effective communication.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
