Required Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

- CPR Certification is essential.

- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with clinical operations and procedures.

- Awareness of current Infection Control standards and practices.

- Proficiency in utilizing clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Effective use of supplies and equipment.

Computer Skills:
- Competence in data entry, word processing, email, and record management.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Capacity to maintain confidentiality.

- Ability to collaborate professionally with colleagues.

- Commitment to upholding quality, safety, and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of a licensed therapist, the primary responsibility includes providing supportive care to patients and assisting therapy staff. This role integrates the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily operations.
