PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN

Inpatient Care

Full-Time Position

Hours: 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.

Compensation:
Salary is based on the candidate's experience

Minimum Hourly Rate:
$16.18 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Technician, you will work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to assist patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Your duties will include monitoring vital signs, aiding patients with daily activities, responding promptly to call lights, reporting any concerns or progress, and reinforcing rehabilitation techniques as directed by the therapy team.

You will play a vital role in encouraging and supporting patients as they work towards their recovery goals.

Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or medical/surgical/telemetry/acute care settings is advantageous.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion within the first 90 days of employment is required.

Preferred Experience:
Previous hospital experience is preferred.
