We are seeking a highly skilled VMWare Engineer to support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation's security and intelligence mission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VMWare products, including ESXi, vCenter, VSAN, and NSX, as well as experience with VDI environments, specifically VMWare Horizon View.

Responsibilities will include administration and optimization of existing hosts and servers, research and implementation of strategies for complex infrastructure, and design, development, and maintenance of complex systems.

The selected candidate will be required to have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and be a US citizen.

Additional requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and 14 years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Preferred qualifications include experience with scripting languages, reading and implementing STIG guidance, and installing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian products.

The base salary range for this position is $170K to $180K. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
