Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring that all rooms are spotless and ready for our guests.
  • Cart Setup and Maintenance: Prepare and maintain the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and amenities.
  • Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms, including tasks such as changing air filters, cleaning air conditioning coils, and touching up paint on walls and molding.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping team members to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and ready for our guests in a timely manner.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
