Job Title: Associate General Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate General Manager to join our team at HCL Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our network security efforts and ensuring the security of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Security Policy Analysis and Fine-Tuning: Participate in cybersecurity review calls on change requests and provide recommendations on policy changes.
2. Incident Investigation and Response: Investigate security incidents, assist the L3 team in root cause analysis, and work with teams to resolve ongoing issues.
3. Implementation and Monitoring: Implement changes, monitor security device performance, and implement performance tuning when necessary.
4. Knowledge Transfer and Training: Create configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals, and provide operational training to the L1 team.
5. Security Environment and Product Knowledge: Understand the security environment and respective products, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network security solutions and related monitoring tools.

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in network security, including CCNP/CCIE certification.
Excellent troubleshooting and hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 6500, 3750, and 2900 series switches and Cisco routers.
Working knowledge of Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco WAAS, and Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Experience in vendor coordination and managing an ACI DC network.
Strong understanding of availability zone concepts and SDWAN technology.
