Job Description

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
