Requirements:

- Strong Automotive Retail Sales Background: At least 1 year of experience in a management capacity.
- Tires and Product Knowledge: Highly desirable.
- Experience Working Face-to-Face: Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence and Integrity: Demonstrate confidence in ability to communicate, advise, recommend, and make sales.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service with a high level of personal integrity.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented and demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
- Physical Demands: Must have a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and be physically able to lift 70 lbs.
