Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Watermark at Southpark. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant license.
  • 1-year experience as a CNA in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting.
  • Able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Diligent in paperwork and documentation.
  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
