About the Role

At KCAS Bioanalytical & Biomarker Services, we're seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of various projects from start to finish. This individual will lead our team in Atlanta and collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely and within-budget project completion, adhering to the intended scope, timeframe, and funds.
  • Client Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular contact throughout the project lifecycle, setting expectations, establishing timelines, and driving growth.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources effectively to identify and allocate necessary resources for each project.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed plans outlining execution strategies, including objectives, schedules, and costs.
  • Progress Tracking: Measure performance and present results to clients and internal leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years experience in project management
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced time management and task prioritization abilities
  • Passion for leading teams and driving results
  • Multitasking and process improvement skills
