Key Responsibilities
- The Client Relationship Manager will manage a designated portfolio of clients, cultivate new business from existing accounts, and proactively pursue new sales opportunities.
- Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales reports and strong computer and mathematical skills are required.
- Responsible for driving profitable sales growth in the assigned region through scheduled consultations, cold outreach, email campaigns, direct mail, presentations, and various marketing strategies to enhance the HCSG brand and its offerings.
- Provide a comprehensive range of equipment repair and services to both new and existing clients, including support for Overhead Cranes, Industrial Elevators, and Dock & Door systems.
- This role requires collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience. Timely and precise management of paperwork, quotes, and communications is crucial.
- Maintain consistent and professional follow-up and communication through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Familiarity with account management software (CRM), strong client communication skills, and an understanding of consumer behavior are highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment repair and maintenance is preferred.
- Exceptional phone and communication abilities.
- General understanding of the crane service industry.
- Experience in industrial sales is necessary.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Mechanically inclined with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding documentation skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.
Educational Background
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
