We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Coalition of Asian American Leaders (CAAL). In this role, you will be responsible for managing CAAL's Community Engagement Programs, including building relationships with CAAL's network leaders, local coalitions, and community partners.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience, including prior demonstration of complex program management experience and implementation. A bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree in public policy, public administration, advocacy, and political leadership, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with CAAL's network leaders, local coalitions, and community partners to provide leadership support and organizing opportunities.
  • Represent CAAL's priorities and strategies in coalitions, task forces, and other assigned meetings to advance CAAL's leadership programs.
  • Monitor program activities to ensure they are on track and meet objectives, adjusting plans as necessary.
