We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Schedule Manager to join our team at Consolidated Employer Services Recruiting.

This is a full-time position that offers an estimated salary of $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

As a Construction Schedule Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining schedules, developing and reviewing project baselines, monitoring and tracking progress, and supporting the project in all other aspects of scheduling analysis and special studies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years' experience in construction, a valid driver's license, and a clean motor vehicle report (MVR).

You will work closely with Superintendents, Engineers, Quality/Commissioning, and other parties to gather necessary data to build a schedule and perform updates.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing summary and detail level schedules
  • Developing full Critical Path Method (CPM) logic-generated baseline schedules for projects
  • Performing monthly schedule updates and creating comparisons to previous schedules
  • Participating and leading pull planning scheduling sessions

Additionally, you will:

  • Understand public health and safety requirements
  • Be fully trained in proper safety procedures
  • Assume additional responsibilities as directed

The working environment includes office trailers, mud, gravel, uneven ground, exposed outdoor weather conditions, heavy machinery, loud noise, tripping hazards, environmental hazards, and a construction environment.

You will have a thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, etc., and their impact on project activities. You will also possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include applying effective management techniques to maximize project performance, being able to read and understand plans and direction given in English, and writing in English.

This position requires the ability to create and edit Microsoft documents, use Oracle Primavera P6, and use BlueBeam.
