Job Overview

Blythe Development Co, a leading general contractor, is seeking a skilled Grading Foreman to oversee field operations and engage in trade work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of site groundwork projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct grading crews, reporting to the Superintendent
  • Operate and supervise the operation of heavy equipment on project sites
  • Read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Provide reports on time and materials
  • Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience operating relevant heavy equipment
  • Commercial and/or residential grading experience with SCDOT
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry 50+ lbs
