The Community Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and supervision of individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and behavioral health backgrounds. This position aims to promote healthy and socially acceptable behaviors while supporting clients in community-based environments. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical teams, implementing residential interventions, and aiding clients in meeting their clinical goals.

- Facilitate participation in daily living activities for individuals with disabilities
- Advocate for the rights and dignity of each person
- Encourage development and outcomes as specified in individual care plans
- Assist in accessing community resources
