This role involves addressing intricate product challenges, spearheading root cause investigations, and executing engineering solutions for both commercial and military aviation sectors. You will engage directly in a vibrant manufacturing atmosphere, collaborating closely with production teams to uphold the utmost standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations and resolve technical, operational, and quality challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Design and implement product and process enhancements utilizing creative methodologies.
  • Perform root cause investigations, devise solutions for non-conformances, and assist with on-site repairs.
  • Work alongside Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and engage in design assessments.
  • Deliver technical training and formulate procedures for non-destructive testing.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship with the capability to secure a Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Aeronautical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
  • 5+ years of experience in structural and electrical repairs, particularly in aircraft systems.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and producing engineering drawings, specifications, and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in troubleshooting avionics systems, wire bundle installations, and defect resolution.
  • Materials Review Board (MRB) certification and familiarity with executive interior installations.
