Job Title: Azure AD Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Azure AD Support Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our clients' Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) environments.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of Azure AD, identity and access management, and cloud security. You will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve issues, implement new features and configurations, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of Azure AD.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and expertise for Azure AD environments
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Azure AD, identity and access management, and cloud security
  • Implement new features and configurations for Azure AD
  • Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of Azure AD
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Azure AD, identity and access management, and cloud security
  • Strong understanding of Azure AD, identity and access management, and cloud security
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bilingual (Portuguese, Korean, Mandarin, French, Spanish) a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in technology, support, training, consulting, architecting, development, network, data center operations, IT admin or operations
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, Identity Synchronization Technologies, Active Directory Federation Services, Identity and Access Management, Office 365 Identity Management, Cloud Domain Management, Cloud User Management and configuration
