Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Overseeing operational, merchandising, and administrative tasks within the store.
  • Leading and training team members to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Managing store opening and closing procedures.
  • Enhancing sales performance through exceptional customer engagement and data analysis.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
  • The ability to provide high-quality service to customers and inspire the team to do the same.
  • Knowledge of merchandise categories such as apparel, outdoor equipment, footwear, fitness, and general athletics is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work during all store operating hours.
