Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Regional Hospital of Scranton. As a travel MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for providing timely imaging services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Adjust imaging parameters to study soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities with or without the use of contrast media
  • Collaborate with Radiologists to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
  • MRI Certification required
  • Experience working alone required
  • Experience working with Siemens Symphony Momentum required
  • Preferred: Graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
  • Preferred: Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT
  • Preferred: Maintains a State License as a general radiographer
Work Schedule

Days, 7a-5p, Tues-Fri, call required. Call requirements: 5p - 7a, including weekends.
