- Monitor residents' conditions and record significant changes, notifying appropriate parties as needed.
- Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess residents' condition.

- One (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or Long-term Care environment.
- Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License.
