Position Overview: Front of House Cashier and Drinks

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Cashier to enhance the guest experience at our innovative restaurant concept. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service while supporting our focus on catering, mobile ordering, and efficient delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests with our exceptional service standards.
  • Implement the Core 4 principles: Eye Contact, Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, Stay Connected.
  • Provide outstanding service that goes above and beyond expectations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service for all guests.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Showcase knowledge of our brand and menu offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the service area.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols diligently.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures.
Essential Skills:
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40lbs.
  • Ability to work efficiently while ensuring high-quality service.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a solid work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Effective communication skills with both guests and team members.

Compensation:
