Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and team-oriented HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Install department to assist with all aspects of work orders and gain knowledge on the proper methods for installation of HVAC systems and identifying repair and/or replacement needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, ductwork, and related components.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify repair and/or replacement needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Install department to ensure timely and efficient completion of work orders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, ductwork, and related components.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
