As a Vehicle Title Processing Specialist, your primary duty will be to manage the processing of vehicle titles for our various dealerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing necessary documentation for vehicle licenses and titles
  • Submitting official transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
  • Overseeing title processing for auction-related transactions
  • Issuing checks for DMV fee reimbursements
  • Entering title data into auction management software
  • Calculating outstanding fees using the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Dispatching titles to clients and generating title reports
  • Coordinating title amounts owed to financing companies
