Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain machinery, including mills, lathes, and CNC machines, to produce parts and components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.
  • Use precision measuring instruments and gauges to check and ensure parts meet dimensional requirements.
  • Load work pieces manually or using assistance, and record production activities on computerized shop floor control systems.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications and standards.
  • Assist in the setup and operation of machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong math skills, proficiency in troubleshooting, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
