We currently have an opening for an Integration Lead at our Marinette, Wisconsin location.

POSITION SUMMARY The Integration Lead is a high-level managerial role requiring extensive experience as a senior professional, a proficient individual contributor, and/or a task leader. This position demands a thorough and detailed understanding of financial and business principles, contract oversight, policies, practices, processes, and procedures relevant to managing ship design and construction initiatives.

Successful candidates will provide evidence of effective program or project management, demonstrating the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight from management.

Mistakes at this level can lead to significant delays, costs, and disruptions within the organization.

The Program Integration Manager is also responsible for developing and sustaining management control processes (financial/business planning and scheduling) and reporting for intricate systems, programs, projects, and/or tasks to identify and maintain the most economical approach to executing work, as well as recognizing and mitigating risks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional duties may be assigned. This role involves regular interaction with all levels of FFG's operations.

Directly collaborates with the Assistant Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Program Manager, Project Engineer, Lead Engineers, Purchasing Manager, Planning Manager, Designers, Drafters, Change Manager, and Director of Production.

The position may require frequent engagement with senior staff, customers, regulatory agencies, and major suppliers.

Prepares various reports, charts, and graphs regarding program, project, or contract status and presents findings to management to keep them informed.

Regular ship inspections and drawing evaluations are essential for the successful execution of job responsibilities.

Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with all organizational levels through meeting participation and written correspondence.

Provides oversight to other program personnel in ensuring the most cost-effective methods of work execution.
