Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as generous paid time off and retirement savings programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality patient care according to established standards and protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify risks, and develop strategies to prevent complications.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
