As a Service Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by preparing vehicles for service, maintaining a clean and organized service lot, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities



  • Vehicle Preparation: Installs seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and key tags in all vehicles taken in for service.
  • Lot Maintenance: Ensures that all vehicle keys are returned to the appropriate location, and all vehicles in the lot(s) are locked, with the windows rolled up, and keys securely stored.
  • Customer Service: Provides exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Works collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Follows all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.

Requirements



  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional appearance and work ethic, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Customer Focus: Superior customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Authorization to Work: Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Pre-Employment Testing: Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
