About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires providing peer support services to individuals experiencing struggles with mental health and substance use. As a member of the Day One team, you will work closely with clients to build and sustain their natural support system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home and community support peer level services to assigned clients
  • Assist clients with achieving their treatment goals under the direction of a supervisor and case manager
  • Maintain accurate files and records in accordance with Day One policies and federal and state regulations
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers to help ensure clients meet treatment goals
Requirements and Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS) or ability to be provisionally certified
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Good documentation skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation

$15.00 per hour

Day One supports a healthy work-life balance and offers flexible scheduling for this part-time position.
