Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, migrate, and implement computer applications, systems, and network configurations.
  • Design, document, and script complex new software deployments.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with technicians on root cause analysis investigation and communicate with end-users on support matters.
  • Participate in IT and business projects and maintain oversight of all systems owned by the Desktop Support Engineering team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5+ years relevant experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • High-level troubleshooting skills in Windows Desktop OS.
  • Knowledgeable in SCCM and/or Tanium.
  • Proficient in PowerShell and Python programming languages.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent preferred.
Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) and based in Bayview's Coral Gables, FL office. We have existing team members in this location.
