Quality Assurance Management Specialist

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the management, performance, and daily support of the Quality Assurance team members.
This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional processes and policies, as the individual will collaborate with various Order to Cash teams.
In partnership with the Process Excellence Manager, the supervisor will guide the team in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Manage daily operations of direct reports. Organize, prioritize, and assign work tasks to ensure the team's effective functioning. Recognize and address staffing and coaching requirements. Engage in recruitment activities for new hires. Facilitate the creation and delivery of performance evaluations and set goals for individual team members. Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the department to positively influence outcomes and resolve conflicts.
Quality Assurance Program:
Develop and uphold quality assurance standards, scorecards, and standard operating procedures (SOP) in alignment with Coloplast's policies and values.
Supervise quality processes and coordinate workflows to ensure compliance with quality expectations.Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and establish reporting requirements to monitor and maintain quality service while achieving set KPIs.
Lead and/or participate in regular calibration sessions. Identify and promote opportunities for process, training, and quality enhancements. Ensure the availability of necessary resources and tools to support quality assurance efforts. Work collaboratively across teams and business functions to refine processes and procedures, and undertake ad hoc projects as needed.Coloplast employees are expected to conduct business with the highest ethical and professional standards, adhering to applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Advamed Code of Ethics regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and company policies.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned. Basic Qualifications: An Associate or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience is required. 2-5 years of supervisory and/or management experience is preferred. Ability to provide constructive feedback while coaching team members to enhance performance and develop new skills. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all management levels and demonstrate professionalism. Initiative and the ability to work independently are essential.
