Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team at AppleOne and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.

Job Summary:

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet both company and regulatory quality standards.

You will conduct inspections at various stages of the production process, perform testing, and work closely with our production and engineering teams to address any quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Use measuring instruments and testing equipment to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Document inspection results, including defects and non-conformities, and maintain detailed records.
  • Communicate quality issues and potential improvements to management and production teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and process improvements.
  • Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework in quality control is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, measurement techniques, and inspection equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality management software.
