Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at our Glenwood, Illinois location. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and development in our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages children to explore and learn
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
  • Support the success of our center by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
