EHS Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Vaco. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing EHS programs, providing EHS training, and performing technical services and activities to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage EHS programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and NJDEP regulations.
• Provide EHS training to various areas and departments.
• Perform technical services and activities, including preliminary investigations, visual inspections, and records maintenance.
• Assist with Radiation Safety and Laser Safety Programs.
• Assist with Asbestos Management program, including arranging for asbestos surveys and developing training programs for employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a physical, chemical, or life sciences.
• At least 3-5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs and computer literate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a physical examination.
