Job Requirements:

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Familiarity with maintaining a sterile environment, including appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
Ability to comprehend a variety of data and instructions presented in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members, supervisors, patients, and other healthcare personnel.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and work within established policies and procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.

Proficiency in operating basic environmental service equipment such as mechanical floor cleaners, buffers, vacuums, and washers.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, identifying and resolving standard issues by selecting appropriate solutions from established options, and fostering collaborative relationships with peers and staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Compensation:
Pay Range is $23.36 to $28.02 / hour. The salary range for this role may vary based on location and other factors including experience, education, skills, licensure, and departmental needs. Base pay is one component of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health, which also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
