Estimated Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 per year

We are currently seeking a Technical Advisor for Aerospace Vehicle Equipment Development to join our team. This role will involve providing technical leadership and guidance on the design and development of On Board Test Equipment (OBTE) for the Sentinel program.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive technical quality and execution in support of major program events, including Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), laboratory testing, and flight testing.
  • Provide technical expertise and oversight to ensure compliance with engineering standards, configuration management, and other relevant processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple engineering specialties and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with program requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical challenges, leveraging expertise in mechanical design, materials, electrical systems, and radio frequency components.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 12 years of experience; PhD with 8 years of experience.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years, and ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, processes, and applications, including configuration management, process control, tooling, and software development.
  • Experience integrating multiple engineering specialties and stakeholders to achieve and comply with program requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interface with prime contractor site leads, USAF leadership personnel, and other stakeholders.
