With your expertise and vision, you will oversee the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and training programs that ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in our operations.

Salary: $146,800 - $220,200 per annum

About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Leadership - Production Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, risk management, project performance, addressing schedules, technical quality, and addressing technical or operational problems when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of related technical experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline, or a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline with 6 years of experience. You must also have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret Security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and assistance to multiple business areas within the division portfolio.
  • Maintain and exceed health and performance for all programs.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure technical quality of standard training in support of the Production Operations Directorate team.
  • Review and approve documents and ensure compliance to released processes, procedures, and work instructions in accordance with Mission Assurance guidelines and procedures.
