Electrical Construction Inspector Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical, mechanical, and site civil construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field representatives to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Document observations and findings during inspections, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training to less-experienced field staff as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical school or college degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction inspection or a related field.
  • Electrical inspection experience highly desired.
  • Experience with DEP projects and relevant industry certifications.
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules and provide guidance on project timelines.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical construction inspection or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven problem-solving and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
