Job Summary

The University of St. Francis is seeking a Graduate Assistant & Support Supervisor to join our Technology Support Center team. This is an advanced customer service role that requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to support issues at the TSC desk, utilizing scripted responses and escalating when necessary.
  • Supervise student workers, mentoring and training them to ensure high-end user satisfaction.
  • Respond to field-based support issues on campus, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Contribute to and refine the documentation and knowledge base of the TSC.
Requirements
  • Graduate student in good standing at the University of St. Francis.
  • Experience working in a customer service function for a technology support department.
  • Advanced knowledge of common computer operating systems and software applications.
  • Leadership aptitude and willingness to ethically manage administrator level access to information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or Technology areas.
  • Experience working in a help desk or call center capacity.
What We Offer
  • $5000 stipend August through May.
  • Tuition waiver up to 9 graduate credits for spring semester.
  • 20 hours per week during the Fall and Spring term.
