Qualifications

Applicants for Level 1 Guard positions should meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Completion of Security Guard Act training and possession of a valid NYSDOS photo ID
  • Valid New York State Driver License
  • Fire Guard Certification
  • Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting
  • Capability to assist individuals in need
  • Skills in visual ID verification
  • Proficiency in typing and computer usage
  • TSA TWIC Card
  • OSHA certification
  • Prior experience in military, National Guard, security, or law enforcement
Work Environment and Schedule
  • Job responsibilities occur at various client locations
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Shifts and holiday assignments as required
