Role Overview: The Site Director is responsible for managing Before & After School programs, ensuring adherence to all operational guidelines. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, liaising with school administration, planning programs, and serving as a positive role model for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to students, families, and staff.
- Maintain precise records for billing, attendance, and safety protocols.
- Oversee and mentor staff to guarantee appropriate child supervision and activity execution.
- Address the needs of children in care effectively.
- Collaborate with team members while upholding district policies and educational standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for parents and students.
- Exemplify positive behavior to encourage responsible conduct.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in child-related roles.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of DCF Child Care Training is required.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
Expectations:
- Foster an inclusive environment for all individuals.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in all mandatory meetings and shifts.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $17 per hour, with biweekly payments.

Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Morning Care: 6:45 AM - 9:00 AM
- After Care: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Education Requirements: A degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Experience Requirements: A minimum of 6 months in a supervisory capacity and 1-2 years of experience working with children.
Certifications: First Aid and CPR Certification are mandatory.
