Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our team at Marksman Security. As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing site activity within a designated post, conducting routine inspections and audits of security personnel, and ensuring proper implementation of security procedures and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working Site Supervisor on shift
  • Interact with all guests (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor
  • Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
  • Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
  • Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties, including time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
  • Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
  • Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
  • Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
  • Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
  • Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
  • Manage security personnel, including scheduling, counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • TX Security License (Required)
  • Valid TX Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years previous security experience required
  • Flexible/on-call schedule availability
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
