VIP is seeking A millwright is a skilled tradesperson specializing in installing, maintaining, repairing, and sometimes dismantling heavy machinery and industrial equipment. They often work in manufacturing plants, factories, refineries, and construction sites where large machines are essential. 

Set up and assemble machinery based on technical plans and blueprints. This includes securing machines in place, aligning them, and ensuring they’re ready for operation.

Regularly inspect machinery to ensure optimal functioning, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs or replacements of parts. This often involves complex mechanical adjustments.

Align and level machines with extreme precision. They often use advanced tools like laser alignment systems, micrometers, and other precision instruments to ensure machines operate accurately.

Take down equipment when it needs to be relocated or decommissioned. This can involve disassembling, transporting, and reassembling machinery safely and accurately.

Sometimes, millwrights modify or fabricate machine parts as needed, particularly in older systems where replacement parts may no longer be available.

Require a strong foundation in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics and often need problem-solving skills to work with complex machinery.
