Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the efficient operation of facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or environmental engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience working in an ISO9001 or AS9100 environment.
