The Pelican Grill, located in The Resort at Pelican Hill, offers an exceptional dining experience with a team of friendly and attentive hosts/hostesses. As a key member of our team, you will provide a warm welcome to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their visit.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dining Room Host/Hostess. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them at tables, and providing menu assistance as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.

As a Dining Room Host/Hostess, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of guests from around the world, each with unique preferences and requirements. Your ability to think on your feet, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $35,360 based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks of employment per year. This estimate may vary based on actual hours worked and other factors.
