About the Role:
We are a community mental health organization dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will work within our integrated behavioral health model, collaborating with licensed therapists, LCSWs, and psychiatrists to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric care to patients aged 16 and above
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10 patients per day, with administrative time allocated
What We Offer:
We provide a supportive work environment, a normal weekly schedule with minimal call, and a competitive compensation package.
