Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and implement security policies set by the government and the organization, providing essential guidance to program staff.
  • Collaborate with program managers and U.S. Government Program Security Officers to ensure compliance.
  • Provide security assistance and direction to both prime and subcontractors, while developing necessary security documentation and classification guidance.
  • Create and revise program-specific security plans, deliver security education and awareness training, and manage security incidents effectively.
  • Support multiple security disciplines within the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) program.
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree accompanied by 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Possession of an active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
  • In-depth understanding of DoD SAP Manuals, ICDs, and TEMPEST standards.
  • Capability to apply government security protocols in a multifaceted secure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Top Secret clearance is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Compensation Information
